Shipp Heating & Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services across Jefferson County, South St. Louis County, and the surrounding Missouri communities. Our services include heating repair, air conditioning repair, new system installation, heat pump service, and emergency HVAC service.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We make every effort to respond promptly, but response times may vary based on demand and weather conditions.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for most HVAC work. Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and may change if unforeseen conditions or additional work are discovered during the service. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.
Emergency and after-hours service may be subject to additional charges. Pricing for emergency services will be discussed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and credit cards.
Warranties and Guarantees
Manufacturer warranties apply to all new equipment we install and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues related to the quality of our installation or repair work. Warranty details will be provided at the time of service.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. While we understand that plans change, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect scheduling priority for future appointments.
Property Access
By scheduling a service appointment, you grant our technicians reasonable access to the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and clear work area, including removing obstructions around HVAC equipment.
